The TFA‑Dostmann LIFE Black Silver is a wireless hygrometer and thermometer designed for monitoring indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity. Its clear colour display shows indoor climate in a coloured house icon below the time and date, while outdoor temperature and humidity are displayed with a stylised tree and weather symbols. Outdoor values are measured by a separate radio transmitter placed outside and transmitted to the main unit up to 60 m; up to two additional transmitters can be paired. The device stores maximum and minimum values for later recall and uses touch sensors for all buttons and for activating the display backlight. The compact plastic housing and neutral design allow the station to be hung on a wall or placed on a surface.
