How to use

Select the cooking mode and temperature on the 6.86" touch TFT panel or choose one of the 149 automatic programs, which adjust time, temperature and heating method. For steam functions, fill the 1.2‑litre water tank and select the appropriate steam or combi-steam mode; use steam boost or sous‑vide for precise low-temperature cooking. Insert the temperature probe into the thickest part of the food when required and monitor the probe reading to reach the target core temperature. After cooking, run the steam-clean cycle (up to 120°C) to loosen residues, then wipe the enamel interior with a soft cloth.

Usage recommendations

Preheat the oven for best browning, use the temperature probe for large roasts to avoid overcooking, and select combi-steam for bread and delicate pastries to maintain moisture and structure. Descale regularly using the supplied drain tube and run the steam-clean program to preserve the enamel interior.
