D.Rect A4 document sleeves with flap, expanded design, pack of 10 are transparent protective pockets sized for A4 paper. Each sleeve features a closing flap to secure contents and an expanded gusset that accommodates thicker stacks of documents while keeping them flat and visible. The sleeves are suitable for storing, organising and transporting invoices, reports, catalogues or loose sheets in office, school and home environments.
Advantages
The clear construction provides full visibility of document contents without removal, while the flap closure reduces the risk of sheets slipping out during handling. The expanded gusset increases capacity compared with standard flat sleeves, allowing multiple pages, folded materials or small pamphlets to be stored together. Made from durable transparent material, these pockets resist tearing and maintain shape under regular use.
Suitable for
- Protecting and presenting A4 reports, invoices and contracts
- Organising project documentation, course materials and handouts
- Transporting loose sheets, catalogues and brochures
- Temporary storage of paperwork at home or in the office
Key specifications
- Format compatibility: A4 documents
- Closure type: folding flap for secure containment
- Design: expanded gusset for increased capacity
- Quantity: pack of 10 sleeves
- Material: transparent protective plastic for visibility and surface protection
How to use
Insert A4 documents into the sleeve opening and push them fully inside so the top edge aligns with the sleeve lip. Fold the flap over the opening to secure the contents; for thicker stacks ensure the expanded gusset has fully opened before closing the flap. Use the sleeves to group related sheets, label the outer face with a removable marker or adhesive label if needed, and place in folders, binders or storage boxes for transportation or filing.
Usage recommendations
Store away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight to avoid warping or discoloration. For best results, avoid overfilling beyond the gusset capacity and combine with rigid folders when transporting heavy stacks to prevent bending. Clean with a soft, dry cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
