D.Rect Teczka A4 with 12 compartments in green is a slim document folder designed to store and organise A4 paperwork. The folder separates documents into twelve individual pockets, allowing quick access to categorized sheets and making it easier to carry sets of invoices, reports, notes or project files between office, school and home. The green cover provides visual distinction for colour-coded filing and the compact A4 format fits standard binders and shelves.
Advantages
The folder offers systematic separation of documents across twelve compartments, reducing time spent searching for individual papers. Its lightweight construction makes it portable while preserving the order of documents during transport. A clear organisational layout supports repeated use in administrative, study and personal filing tasks without adding bulk to storage.
Suitable for
- Sorting invoices, receipts and accounting paperwork
- Organising school assignments, handouts and notes
- Separating project documents and meeting materials
- Home filing of manuals, warranties and personal records
When it may not be suitable
This folder is intended for flat A4 paper and similar thin materials; it is not designed for storing thick books, large stacks of sheets in one compartment, or three-dimensional objects. If you need heavy-duty protection against water, impacts or very frequent rough handling, a rigid or padded case would be more appropriate.
Key specifications
- Format: A4-compatible document folder
- Number of compartments: 12 separate pockets
- Colour: green
- Purpose: document organisation and portability for office, school and home use
- Construction: slim, lightweight design for easy carrying and shelf storage
How to use
Insert A4 sheets or folded documents into each compartment according to your chosen categorisation system (for example by date, client, subject or priority). Label the outer edge or first visible page of each pocket where necessary to speed retrieval. Carry the folder by hand or place it inside a larger bag; store it upright on a shelf to keep contents flat and accessible.
What to consider before purchase
- Intended document thickness per compartment—suitable for moderate stacks but not for very bulky documents
- Need for water or impact protection—this is a slim, lightweight folder rather than a padded case
- Colour preference and compatibility with your existing filing system
Usage recommendations
For best organisation, assign a consistent labelling method (tabs, stickers or a contents sheet) and refill compartments gradually to avoid overfilling; store the folder upright and avoid placing heavy items on top to maintain shape and accessibility.
