Foam Gun Drel CON-LGF-0105 – Drel pistol for assembly foam application
Drel CON-LGF-0105 is a handheld foam gun designed for controlled application of assembly and construction foam. The pistol-style applicator provides precise foam dispensing for sealing gaps, filling joints, insulating cavities and installing frames and panels. The tool is made for repeatable use with standard aerosol foam cans and offers adjustable flow control to support both fine finishing and larger filling jobs. The ergonomic pistol design helps maintain a steady application pattern for professional and DIY tasks that require neat foam control.
The foam gun features a trigger mechanism and adjustable valve allowing accurate volume control and smooth start/stop operation. Its metal body and visible nozzle simplify handling and cleaning after use, reducing foam waste and clogging. The design supports compatibility with common one-component polyurethane foam cartridges, enabling reliable attachment and secure hold during operation. By combining fine control and robust construction, the applicator helps achieve uniform bead size and consistent adhesion when working around windows, doors, pipes and insulation joints.
Attach a compatible foam can to the applicator according to the can manufacturer’s instructions and ensure the connection is secure. Adjust the flow control valve to a low setting for fine work or increase it for larger gaps. Hold the pistol at a consistent angle and press the trigger to apply foam, moving steadily along the joint or cavity to create an even bead. After application, allow the foam to cure as specified by the foam manufacturer. Clean the nozzle and valve area promptly with an appropriate solvent or cleaner recommended for polyurethane foam to prevent blockages.
Use protective gloves and eye protection when handling polyurethane foam. Work in a well-ventilated area and follow safety instructions provided with foam cans. For best results, pre-clean and slightly moisten surfaces as recommended for the specific foam product. Store the applicator dry and clean when not in use to prolong service life and maintain consistent performance.
