The Jata PL618 Dry & Steam iron combines stainless-steel 3D soleplate technology with multiple steam outlets to simplify ironing. It delivers 2600 W of power, a steam boost of 35 g/min and includes anti-drip and self-cleaning functions alongside a rubber-feel handle for comfortable grip. Available in white, blue and black and designed for standard 230 V mains, the PL618 supports both dry and steam ironing and offers a 0.3 L water tank and vertical steam capability.
The 3D stainless-steel soleplate with 386 steam outlets ensures even steam distribution and smooth gliding over fabrics. Anti-drip prevents water marks during lower-temperature ironing, while the self-cleaning feature helps maintain steam performance. The rubber-feel handle improves control and comfort during use.
Fill the 0.3 L water tank before use when planning to steam. Select the desired temperature for the fabric type, allow the iron to heat to operating temperature, and apply steam or dry ironing as needed. For vertical steaming, hold the iron upright and move it gently along the hanging garment or curtain. Use the steam boost for stubborn creases.
To maintain performance, use the self-cleaning function regularly and empty the water tank after use to prevent deposits. Use distilled or demineralised water if your area has hard water to reduce limescale build-up.
