Durable 1112130 Magnetic Wall Corner Guard Flat Plastic Black Yellow 1000 mm

The Durable 1112130 Magnetic Wall Corner Guard Flat Plastic Black Yellow 1000 mm is designed to protect walls, corners, and equipment efficiently in high-traffic environments. Featuring a striking black and yellow design, this flat 1000 mm profile is crafted from durable plastic and polyurethane foam to mitigate impact injuries and mark danger spots in industrial, commercial, and office spaces. Its magnetic backing ensures a quick and secure attachment to various metal surfaces, making it a reliable solution for busy workplaces.

Advantages

This magnetic corner protection profile offers reliable surface and wall preservation by absorbing impacts and reducing the risk of damage to both infrastructure and equipment. The high-visibility signal yellow and signal black color scheme complies with standard safety marking requirements, effectively drawing attention to potential hazard areas. Thanks to the integrated magnetic backing, installation is fast and does not require permanent adhesives or drilling, allowing for easy repositioning on compatible metal surfaces.

Suitable for

• Production areas and manufacturing facilities
• Shipping departments and warehousing spaces
• Basements, staircases, and garages
• Walls, joists, shelves, and cabinets
• Machines and storage trolleys

When it may not be suitable

This product is intended strictly for indoor use and is not suitable for outdoor environments where exposure to weather elements could affect its performance. Additionally, the magnetic backing requires a ferrous metal surface for attachment and will not adhere to non-magnetic walls such as drywall, wood, or concrete without alternative mounting methods.

Press the profile firmly along its entire length against the metal surface to engage the magnetic backing and achieve a secure hold. Periodically check the positioning in high-vibration areas to maintain optimal alignment and protection.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that the mounting surface is made of magnetic metal
• Check the required length and dimensions for your specific application area
• Confirm that the intended installation location is strictly indoors

For best results, apply the corner guard to clean metal surfaces and inspect the magnetic hold regularly in areas subject to heavy operational movement or frequent vibrations.
