The Durable 501819 document holder is a transparent A4 pocket designed to protect and display documents in moist or outdoor environments. Made from UV-stabilized, weather- and scratch-resistant plastic, it features a waterproof pressure closure and two magnetic strips on the back, allowing secure attachment to metal surfaces. The pocket holds up to two sheets of 160 g/m² paper and can be used in portrait or landscape orientation. Each pack contains five holders.

How to use

Open the waterproof pressure closure, insert one or two A4 sheets (up to 160 g/m²), then press the closure shut to seal the pocket. Attach the holder to a clean metal surface using the magnetic strips on the back, or place it on a flat surface in portrait or landscape orientation. For display outdoors, mount the holder at a height and position that limits direct impact from heavy rain when possible.

Usage recommendations

For long-term outdoor exposure, check the magnetic adhesion periodically and replace the holder if the plastic shows signs of UV damage. Avoid inserting oversized or folded documents that may prevent a full seal of the pressure closure.
