Dymo CORNER SRS-60-200 PG corner rounder / punch tool, model SRS-60-200 PG
Dymo CORNER SRS-60-200 PG corner rounder / punch tool, model SRS-60-200 PG is a manual cutting tool designed to trim and round the corners of paper, cardstock and similar flat materials. It produces consistent rounded edges for documents, labels, cards and printed materials, providing a uniform finish suitable for office, print shop and craft applications.
The corner rounder delivers precise, repeatable corner cuts and a clean finish without fraying or tearing. Its compact, manual design requires no power source and is easy to position on standard paper sizes. The mechanism is built to withstand frequent use and offers quick operation for batches of sheets or individual items.
The tool is intended for paper and similar lightweight materials; it is not suitable for thick plastics, metal or heavy board. For very high-volume industrial finishing or for materials thicker than the specified capacity, a heavy-duty or powered cornering machine would be more appropriate. Very small or highly irregular corner shapes may require a different finishing method.
Place the sheet or card flat into the guide slot and align the corner with the cutting edge. Press the actuator evenly to punch and round the corner in a single motion. Repeat for each corner as required. For multiple identical pieces, use the same alignment reference to maintain consistent corner radii. Clean the cutting area periodically to remove paper debris and ensure continued clean cuts.
For best results, test a few sample pieces to confirm alignment and corner radius before processing larger batches. Keep the cutter area free of paper dust and replace or service the cutter when cuts become less precise.
