HDMI Cable e+p HDMV 402 2m Type A Male to Female Black
The e+p HDMV 402 2m HDMI cable provides a male-to-female HDMI Type A connection in a 2-metre black cable. Gold-plated contacts on both connectors are used to maintain reliable contact and reduce corrosion. The cable supports 3D video formats and includes Audio Return Channel (ARC) functionality for sending audio from a display back to an audio system. With a compact inline female connector, the cable can extend or reposition an existing HDMI connection without changing the original cable routing.
The cable’s gold-plated contacts improve electrical contact and resist oxidation to preserve signal quality over time. A 2 m length offers flexibility for connecting devices at short to medium distances. The male-to-female configuration lets you extend an HDMI run or adapt the placement of an existing cable without disconnecting devices. Black outer sheathing provides a neutral appearance that fits common AV setups.
Plug the male HDMI Type A connector into the output device (for example a set-top box, game console or Blu-ray player) or into an existing HDMI cable’s female end if you are extending a run. Connect the female end to the display’s HDMI cable or to the input on the monitor, TV or projector. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and seated to avoid loose contact. The cable is designed for standard HDMI connections; no additional software or power source is required.
To maintain signal integrity, avoid sharp bends and excessive tension on the cable; route it with gentle curves and secure with cable ties or clips as needed. For ARC functionality, enable Audio Return Channel in the TV and audio system menus and use the HDMI input labeled ARC on the TV. For long-term installations, confirm connector seating periodically and keep contacts free from dust.
