Each bag measures 200 x 300 mm and comes in a pack of 50, featuring a textured surface that facilitates efficient air removal and reliable heat sealing. These bags are suitable for food preservation, sous-vide cooking and protection against moisture and freezer burn, and are compatible with most heat-sealing vacuum machines.
The textured inner surface improves air extraction speed, reducing sealing time and improving vacuum quality. Manufactured from multi-layer, heat-sealable film, the bags provide a barrier against oxygen, moisture and contaminants to extend shelf life. Their dimensions and pack quantity make them convenient for portion control, meal prep and bulk storage. The material tolerates both low-temperature freezer storage and thermal processes required for sous-vide cooking.
Place the product to be sealed inside the bag, leaving sufficient headspace along the open edge for an effective seal. Use a compatible external or chamber vacuum sealer following the machine manufacturer’s settings for bag thickness and product type. After vacuuming, activate the heat-seal cycle to close the bag. Inspect the seal line to ensure an even, continuous closure with no wrinkles or gaps.
Washable and safe for freezer and refrigerator storage. Bags can be defrosted in a microwave when pierced appropriately or following appliance guidance. For sous-vide and boiling, the bags tolerate immersion in boiling water (100°C) for up to 1 hour; follow food safety practices and temperature guidelines for the specific product being cooked. Avoid direct contact with open flame or heating elements and do not reuse bags that show damage or compromised seals.
