Eaton M22-WKV Rotary Switch, Black and Grey
The Eaton M22-WKV is a professional-grade rotary switch actuator from the RMQ-Titan series, engineered for precise control in industrial automation and electrical panel applications. This single-unit selector switch features a robust thumb-grip design, allowing for intuitive operation and clear tactile feedback. Finished in a professional black and grey color scheme, it integrates seamlessly into modern control environments while maintaining high visibility for operational status.
This rotary switch is built to withstand rigorous industrial conditions, offering an IP66 protection rating that ensures complete resistance against dust ingress and powerful water jets. The RMQ-Titan design philosophy prioritizes durability and ergonomic efficiency, providing a reliable interface for machine operators. Its modular construction allows for straightforward installation, while the high-quality materials used in its manufacturing guarantee a long service life even in environments subject to frequent mechanical switching.
This product is a single-unit actuator and does not include contact blocks or mounting adapters, which must be purchased separately to complete the installation. It is not intended for use in environments exceeding its specified IP66 rating or in applications requiring non-standard mounting dimensions outside the RMQ-Titan series specifications.
The Eaton M22-WKV is designed for panel mounting through a standard 22.5 mm hole. To install, insert the actuator through the front of the panel and secure it using the appropriate fixing nut from the rear. Once mounted, attach the necessary contact blocks to the rear of the actuator to complete the electrical circuit. Ensure that all connections are tightened according to the manufacturer's torque specifications to maintain the integrity of the IP66 seal.
For optimal performance and to maintain the IP66 ingress protection rating, ensure the front seal is correctly seated during installation and periodically inspect the unit for debris or mechanical wear in high-vibration environments.
