EB FIT Powerband small resistance red is a loop-style resistance band designed for light tension exercises. This single red band provides gentle resistance suitable for strength activation, mobility work and rehabilitation. Made for portable use at home, in the gym or while travelling, the band supports a range of movements including glute and hip activation, shoulder warm-ups and assisted stretching.
The EB FIT Powerband offers consistent elastic resistance with a compact, continuous loop that eliminates clasps or attachments. Its small resistance level makes it easy to control for beginners and useful for targeted activation or physiotherapy work. The band’s lightweight, low-profile design is simple to store and transport, and the uniform width provides predictable tension across exercises.
Position the loop around the ankles, above the knees or around the thighs depending on the exercise and desired tension. For glute activation, place the band above the knees and perform lateral walks, clamshells or hip bridges while maintaining steady tension. For shoulder warm-ups, loop the band around the wrists or hold it with both hands to perform external rotations and pull-apart movements. During rehabilitation or assisted stretching, use controlled, slow motions and reduce range of motion if discomfort occurs. Inspect the band for damage before each use and replace if any tears or uneven wear are visible.
Start with short sessions and gradually increase repetitions and time under tension.
