LED strip ECOLIGHT2 EC79092 24W (4.8W/m) 5m 4000K 200 lm/m white
ECOLIGHT2 EC79092 LED strip is a flexible 5 metre roll delivering a total of 24 W (4.8 W per metre) and a neutral white light colour at 4000 K with a luminous flux of 200 lm per metre. Designed for indoor use, this LED tape provides even, continuous illumination suitable for general-purpose lighting, accent and task lighting. The strip can be mounted on flat surfaces, profiles or recessed channels and is appropriate for under-cabinet and shelf lighting where neutral white light and energy efficiency are required.
The LED strip combines low power consumption with consistent light output along its length, offering a uniform neutral white illumination at 4000 K. Its flexible construction allows for installation in various layouts and mounting types, while the 5 metre roll reduces the need for joins in many applications. The 200 lm per metre output provides adequate brightness for accent and task lighting without excessive glare, and the product is suitable for use with commonly available LED drivers and profiles.
This LED strip is intended for indoor applications and is not specified for outdoor use or direct exposure to moisture unless installed inside a weatherproof channel. It is not suitable for applications that require very high lumen output per metre or advanced dimming/colour-control protocols unless paired with compatible drivers and control systems that support those features.
Measure and prepare the installation surface, ensuring it is clean and dry. Cut the strip only at marked cut points if shorter lengths are required and use appropriate connectors or soldering methods to make electrical connections. Install the strip into aluminium profiles, on flat surfaces or within recessed channels using the adhesive backing or mechanical clips where applicable. Connect the strip to a compatible LED driver that provides the required output voltage and current; ensure correct polarity. If dimming or control is needed, use a driver and controller that support the strip’s electrical characteristics.
For optimal lifetime and light stability, mount the strip on an aluminium profile or other heat-dissipating surface and use a suitable constant-voltage LED driver. Avoid running the strip at higher than specified power or connecting directly to mains without an appropriate driver. For best visual results, place the strip at a distance from the lit surface or use a diffuser to achieve even light distribution and reduce visible hotspots.
