The Einhell drywall sander TC-DWS 225 is a corded sanding tool with 1,220 W motor power and adjustable speed up to 2,300 rpm. It is designed for sanding plasterboard, filler residues and wallpaper remnants on walls and ceilings. A 4 m power cable and integrated dust extraction with a 2 m hose and dust collection sack provide mobility and a cleaner work environment. The sanding disc has a removable brush ring edge and a hook-and-loop fastening system for quick change of sanding paper; six abrasive sheets (2 x P60, P80, P120) are supplied.

How to use

Connect the sander to a suitable mains outlet and attach the dust hose and collection sack to the Ø35 mm adapter. Select a sanding disc grit according to the task and attach it to the sanding pad using the hook-and-loop fastening. Switch on the tool, use the speed control to set the appropriate rpm for the surface, and engage the lock button for continuous operation if required. Hold the main handle and support with the auxiliary handle; move the sander evenly across the surface with light pressure to avoid gouging.

Usage recommendations

Use progressively finer grits for final sanding (start with P60 for heavy removal, follow with P80 and P120 for finishing). Wear appropriate respiratory protection and eye protection when sanding. Regularly empty the dust collection sack and check the brush ring and sanding pad for wear to maintain effective dust extraction and consistent results.
