How to use

Secure the band saw on a stable surface and connect it to the power supply. Select and clamp the rip fence or set the table bevel as required. Adjust the upper blade guide to a few millimetres above the workpiece for optimal guidance, then switch on the machine and feed the workpiece into the blade at a controlled, steady speed. For mitre cuts, tilt the table to the desired angle within the -2° to 45° range. Always wait until the blade has come to a complete stop before making adjustments or changing the blade.

Usage recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection and dust extraction). For best results with the supplied 7 mm blade, make steady feeds and avoid forcing the material. Change to a different blade type or tooth pitch when working with very thin panels, laminates or non-wood materials. Ensure the integrated restart protection is functional before use.
