Description

The Einhell TE-MA 1500 masonry channel cutter is designed to produce precise cuts in materials such as stone, tile, particle board and wood. It is powered by a 1500 W motor with a maximum idle speed of 8500 rpm, a blade diameter of 125 mm and a maximum cutting depth of 30 mm at 90°. The tool includes two diamond cutting wheels and is supplied with a storage case for safe transport.

Advantages

The tool offers infinitely variable cutting depth adjustment, flexible cutting-width adjustment for narrow and wide channels, a spindle lock and a cutting-wheel position marker for accurate settings. Safety and smooth start-up are supported by an overload cutout and Softstart. Additional handling and cutting stability are provided by a large handle-bar, an auxiliary handle, a guide roller and the drag-cutting feature. The cutter is compatible with Einhell wet & dry vacuums via an extractor adapter and comes with a four-metre cable for extended reach.

How to use

Secure the workpiece and set the desired cutting width and depth using the cutting-width adjustment and the infinitely variable depth control. Fit a diamond cutting wheel and lock the spindle for safe blade changes. Connect an extractor or Einhell wet & dry vacuum to the adapter if dust extraction is required. Start the tool and allow Softstart to bring it to speed before applying steady, even pressure to cut the channel. Use the guide roller and handles to maintain a straight line and monitor wheel position using the marker provided.

Usage recommendations

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment including eye protection, hearing protection and a dust mask. Do not force the cutter; let the machine work at the set speed and avoid overloading.
