The Einhell TC-DS 20 E delta sander is a compact 200 W tool designed for sanding wood, plastic and metal. Its triangular 93 x 93 mm sanding plate and three selectable plate positions make it suitable for working in corners and hard-to-reach areas. The sander features electronic speed control, a 2 mm oscillation stroke and an oscillation range of 12,000–22,000 rpm. Velcro fixing on the sanding plate allows quick paper changes, and a 36 mm dust extraction adapter enables connection to an Einhell wet/dry vacuum cleaner. Nine sanding sheets (2×K60, 2×K120, 2×K240, 3×K400) and a cable clip are included.

How to use

Attach the appropriate grit sanding sheet to the sanding plate using the Velcro fastening. Select one of the three plate positions if you need a different sanding angle for corners or tight spaces. Set the required speed with the electronic speed control to match the material and the task. Hold the sander firmly with the softgrip handle and move it evenly across the work surface without applying excessive pressure; allow the machine's oscillation to perform the work. For dust-free operation, connect a wet/dry vacuum cleaner to the 36 mm extraction adapter.

Usage recommendations

Use coarser grit (K60–K120) for initial material removal and paint stripping, then switch to finer grits (K240–K400) for finishing. Always wear appropriate eye and respiratory protection when sanding, and secure small workpieces to prevent movement.
