How to use

Fit the blade to a plunge-cut saw or compatible tool following the tool manufacturer's instructions for secure mounting. Set the plunge depth according to the material thickness, and make a controlled plunge at the intended start point. Guide the saw steadily to achieve a clean cut; for metal sheets up to 2 mm use consistent feed without excessive force. When working in coated wood, plastics or GRP, ensure support beneath the workpiece to reduce splintering. Replace the blade when cutting quality declines or if damage is visible.

Usage recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment including eye and ear protection and gloves. Secure the workpiece and remove loose objects such as screws or nails when possible; when cutting near buried fasteners proceed with reduced plunge depth and controlled feed.
