How to use

Fit the appropriate T- or U-shank blade into the T-shaft sawblade holder and secure it without tools. Adjust the bevel angle on the steel base plate if needed and attach the plastic sliding insert when working on delicate surfaces. Select the pendulum stroke setting for faster cuts or a straight stroke for cleaner edges. Use the dust blow-off and connect a vacuum cleaner to the dust extraction port to keep the cutting line clear. Operate the jigsaw with the included Power X-Change battery and follow battery charging instructions from the charger manual.

Usage recommendations

For best results, use blades suited to the material and thickness being cut, secure the workpiece before cutting, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment. When cutting fine veneers or laminates, use the anti-splintering protection to reduce tear-out.
