How to use

Place the Eldom FR35 on a stable, heat-resistant surface and fill the oil reservoir to the marked level. Set the temperature control according to the food type and allow the oil to heat to the selected temperature before lowering food into the basket. Fry in small batches to maintain consistent temperature and even cooking. After use, switch off and unplug the fryer, allow oil to cool before draining or storing, and clean removable parts following the manufacturer’s care instructions.

Usage recommendations

For best results, preheat the fryer to the recommended temperature for the food you are preparing, avoid overcrowding the basket, and use oils with suitable smoke points. Regularly filter or replace oil to preserve flavor and extend the life of the appliance. Follow safe-handling practices when working with hot oil to prevent splashes and burns.
