Blade grinder ELDOM MK100S COFFIX
The ELDOM MK100S COFFIX is a compact blade coffee grinder designed to grind coffee beans only. It features a 150 W motor and a 50 g capacity stainless-steel grinding chamber. The unit includes a safety interlock that prevents the motor from running unless the lid is correctly closed and a pulse operating mode for controlled grinding. Its stainless-steel construction and compact dimensions (107 mm x 107 mm x 210 mm) make it durable and easy to store.
The blade grinder offers a fast 150 W motor for quick grinding of small coffee portions and a 50 g capacity suitable for single-serve or small-batch preparation. The stainless-steel housing and chamber are designed for durability and simple cleaning, while the safety lock prevents operation if the lid is not properly in place. Pulse operation gives you control over grind coarseness by allowing short bursts of grinding.
This blade grinder is not intended for grinding anything other than coffee beans. It is not the best choice when a very uniform grind size is required, for example for some espresso machines or precision brewing methods; burr grinders produce a more consistent particle size. Also, because of the limited 50 g capacity and recommended maximum continuous run time, it is less suitable for large-volume or commercial use.
Open the lid by turning it anti-clockwise and add up to 50 g of coffee beans into the grinding chamber, taking care not to overfill past the brim. Close the lid and turn it until the mark on the cover aligns with the mark on the housing; the safety system prevents the motor from running if the lid is not correctly closed. Fully unwind the power cord and plug the appliance into the power supply. Use the pulse button to grind: keep pressing the pulse button in short bursts until the desired grind is reached. To avoid motor overheating, do not operate the grinder for more than 30 seconds continuously and wait at least one minute between grinding cycles. When grinding is finished, wait until the blades stop rotating before opening the lid and pouring out the grounds.
Use short pulse bursts rather than continuous operation to control grind size and prevent motor overheating. Allow the motor to cool for at least one minute between cycles and always ensure the lid is correctly aligned to engage the safety interlock before grinding.
