FEP film replacement pack for Elegoo Mars 5 (5 pieces) — compatible resin printer vat film
Pack of five FEP replacement films designed for the Elegoo Mars 5 resin 3D printer. These transparent FEP sheets act as the vat release film between the liquid resin and the printer’s FEP window, providing high light transmittance and consistent layer separation for stable printing results. The films are sized for straightforward installation and come packaged to prevent damage during storage and transport.
The films offer 95% light transmittance and a uniform 0.15 mm thickness to support accurate resin curing and detailed prints. Made to tolerate prolonged exposure to temperatures up to 200°C, the material is durable and suitable for repeated use. Supplied as a set of five, the pack is convenient for routine maintenance or replacing worn or damaged vat films.
The films are sized specifically for the Elegoo Mars 5 series and may not fit other printers or custom vats without modification. They are intended as replacement vat films and not as a structural component for non-standard vats or entirely different printer models.
Remove the damaged or worn film from the printer vat, clean the vat frame and FEP window area, then position a new FEP sheet over the vat opening and secure it according to the printer manufacturer’s instructions. Ensure the film is tensioned evenly and free of wrinkles before resuming printing. Follow standard resin handling and safety procedures during replacement and first prints after installation.
For reliable results, install films in a clean, dust-free environment, hand-tighten the vat clamps evenly to avoid localized stress, and inspect the film regularly for clouding or punctures. Replace the film at the first signs of damage to prevent failed prints and resin leaks.
