ELEGOO PLA+ filament in orange is a bright, well-saturated 1.75 mm material supplied on a 1 kg spool. Based on PLA+ (polylactide with additives for improved durability), it combines ease of printing with enhanced strength and a smooth surface finish suitable for prototypes, decorative items and many functional prints.

Advantages

PLA+ offers greater resistance to cracking and improved layer consistency compared with standard PLA while remaining easy to print. The filament is manufactured to a consistent diameter of 1.75 mm with dimensional tolerance ±0.02 mm to ensure steady feeding and reduce risk of nozzle clogging. How to use

Store the vacuum-packed spool with the included moisture absorber until ready to use. If needed, dry the filament at about 55 ± 5°C before printing. Load the 1.75 mm filament into any compatible FDM/FFF printer and set the nozzle temperature between 200 and 230°C and the bed temperature between 35 and 65°C depending on your build surface. Use textured PEI or another compatible plate for improved adhesion. Print at conservative speeds (below 280 mm/s) to achieve consistent layers and detail.

Usage recommendations

Maintain storage at temperatures ≤ 50°C and relative humidity ≤ 20% when not in use. Keep the filament wound and free of tangles; check spool and filament path before starting long prints to reduce the risk of interruptions.
