Elegoo PLA Marble 1.75 mm 1 kg spool is a marble-effect PLA filament formulated for FDM/FFF 3D printers. The material delivers a stone-like surface appearance while retaining standard PLA properties such as low warping, easy extrusion and good layer adhesion. Supplied on a 1 kg cardboard spool with visible spool holes, the filament is suitable for decorative objects, figurines, architectural models and other printed parts where a marbled aesthetic is desired.

How to use

Load the 1.75 mm filament into a compatible FDM/FFF 3D printer using the manufacturer's filament loading procedure. Set the nozzle temperature within the recommended range (190–230 °C) and adjust the bed temperature according to your printer and build surface (35–65 °C as a guideline). Ensure the filament is dry before printing; dry at approximately 55 ± 5 °C if necessary. Calibrate extrusion multiplier and first-layer settings to achieve consistent flow and good bed adhesion. Use retraction settings appropriate for your machine to minimize stringing while preserving the marble surface effect.

Usage recommendations

Store the spool in a cool, dry place with desiccant to maintain filament quality. For best surface appearance, print at moderate speeds and use a textured PEI or similarly adherent surface. Avoid prolonged exposure to temperatures above the material's deflection temperature during service. When switching colors or filament types, purge the hotend to prevent contamination of the marble effect.
