Filament Elegoo PLA+ Star Gray is a 1 kg spool of 1.75 mm PLA+ filament designed for FDM/FFF 3D printers. The neutral, matte star gray color provides clear detail visibility and suits modern designs. Based on plant-derived polylactide with additives to improve durability, this filament balances ease of printing with increased resistance to cracking and better layer consistency compared with standard PLA.

Advantages

PLA+ formulation delivers improved mechanical performance while remaining easy to print on most consumer FDM machines. A controlled diameter of 1.75 mm with dimensional tolerance ±0.02 mm reduces feeding problems and clogs. The filament is wound evenly, inspected manually, vacuum-packed and supplied with a moisture absorber so it is ready to use after opening.

How to use

Install the 1.75 mm filament on a compatible FDM/FFF printer and set the nozzle temperature between 200 and 230°C. Use a textured PEI or other compatible build plate and set the bed temperature between 35 and 65°C according to your printer and adhesion method. For best results, keep printing speed moderate (below the recommended maximum) and verify first-layer adhesion before running long prints.

Usage recommendations

Dry filament at 55 ± 5°C if it has absorbed moisture before printing. Store unopened spools with the included moisture absorber and keep in conditions ≤ 50°C and ≤ 20% relative humidity for long-term stability.
