How to use

Load the 1.75 mm ELEGOO Rapid PETG filament into any compatible FDM/FFF 3D printer. Pre-dry the filament at 70 ± 5 °C if it has absorbed moisture. Set nozzle temperature to 240–270 °C and bed temperature to 65–75 °C depending on your printer and build surface. Use a textured PEI or other PETG-compatible surface for best adhesion. Print speeds can be high, but keep them below 600 mm/s and adjust cooling and retraction to minimize stringing and ensure consistent extrusion.

Usage recommendations

Store the vacuum-packed spool with a moisture absorber and, after opening, keep the filament in a dry container or sealed bag with desiccant. For critical functional parts, perform test prints to fine-tune temperature, speed and cooling settings for your specific printer and nozzle size.
