How to use

Load the 1.75 mm spool into a compatible FDM printer and set the nozzle temperature to 240–270 °C and the heated bed to 65–75 °C depending on your printer and build surface. Use a textured PEI or other compatible surface for reliable adhesion. For best results dry the filament at 70 ± 5 °C before printing if it has been exposed to humidity. Adjust print speed toward the upper limit only after confirming good extrusion and layer bonding; the material supports speeds up to 600 mm/s on capable machines.

Usage recommendations

Store the vacuum-sealed spool with the moisture absorber in a dry environment (≤ 20% relative humidity) to preserve printability. If prints show stringing or poor layer adhesion, verify nozzle and bed temperatures, and consider additional drying. Avoid prolonged use above the deflection temperature (≈72 °C) in load-bearing applications.
