Built-in Elica ERA C BL/A/72, Aluminium filter, Noise level: E
The Elica ERA C BL/A/72 is a built-in kitchen extractor hood designed for recirculating installation. With a maximum extraction power of 370 m³/h and an aluminium grease filter, the unit aims to reduce cooking odors and airborne grease in domestic kitchens. The model has a black finish, button controls and two 3 W rear-positioned bulbs for task lighting. The annual energy consumption is 71 kWh and the appliance is rated within the A+++ to D energy efficiency scale as class D. Noise emission corresponds to 67 dB at the specified operating conditions.
The extractor offers a compact built-in design that integrates into wall cabinets or custom kitchen furniture to preserve a streamlined kitchen appearance. An aluminium grease filter provides durable and washable filtration of cooking fumes and grease particles. Button controls offer simple, direct operation while the rear-mounted dual 3 W lamps provide targeted illumination of the cooktop. The recirculating configuration allows installation where external ducting is not available.
Install the unit into a suitable cabinet opening following manufacturer mounting dimensions and electrical connection requirements. If configured for recirculation, fit the recommended charcoal/active carbon filter (sold separately where required) and ensure correct placement of the aluminium grease filter. Use the buttons to switch the motor on and select the required extraction speed; operate the lighting separately using its control. Clean or replace the aluminium grease filter regularly according to cooking frequency, and replace any charcoal filters per their service life to maintain extraction efficiency.
For effective operation, run the hood on a higher speed for a few minutes after heavy frying or boiling to remove residual odors. Wash the aluminium grease filter at regular intervals with warm soapy water and allow it to dry completely before refitting. In recirculating mode, replace or regenerate the carbon filter according to the supplier’s guidance to retain odor removal performance.

Rating of how efficiently a device uses energy, affecting power consumption and costs.
Not only energy saving helps to protect the environment but also noise level reduction. Noise level reduction up to 3 dB really means noise level reduction in 2 times. For example, a device with noise level 39 dB (А) will be two times quieter than a devise with a noise level 42 dB (А). Energy-saving certificate that shows noise level plays the role of an additional objective indicator basing on which You can successfully choose a product.
