Mixer Paddle EPM for Mortar, Adhesive and Plaster M14 120 mm
Mixer Paddle EPM for Mortar, Adhesive and Plaster M14 120 mm
The EPM Mixer Paddle for Mortar, Adhesive and Plaster M14 120 mm is a purpose-built mixing accessory for construction and renovation tasks. With a 120 mm diameter working head and an M14 threaded shank, this paddle is designed to attach to compatible electric drills and handheld mixers to blend mortar, adhesives and plaster compounds. It helps achieve uniform consistency and reduces mixing time compared with manual stirring, making it suitable for preparatory and on-site mixing work.
The paddle’s open, reinforced blade geometry promotes efficient circulation of powder and liquid components, minimising lumps and air pockets. The M14 threaded connection ensures secure mounting to most standard hammer drills and mixers that accept M14 fittings. Constructed from durable metal with a corrosion-resistant finish, the design withstands abrasive construction materials and repeated use. The 120 mm diameter offers a balance between mixing speed and torque demand, compatible with portable electric tools.
Attach the mixer paddle securely to the drill or mixer by threading the M14 shank into the tool’s chuck or adapter and tightening according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Place the paddle into the container with the powder component first, then add liquid gradually while operating the drill at low to moderate speed to avoid splashing. Move the paddle through the mix in steady, vertical and circular motions until a homogeneous, lump-free consistency is achieved. Periodically lift the paddle to allow heavier material to fall back into the mixing area and avoid overworking the mix.
Use a drill or mixer with sufficient torque for dense mixes; avoid excessive speed to reduce air entrapment. Clean the paddle promptly after use to prevent material hardening. For large volumes or very viscous compounds, use appropriate size mixers and follow manufacturer guidance for the compound being mixed.
