How to use

To install the ribbon cartridge, ensure the printer is turned off and open the printer cover. Remove the used ribbon cassette by carefully lifting it out of the mechanism. Unpack the new Epson ribbon cartridge and use the small tension knob to take up any slack in the ribbon fabric, ensuring it is taut. Insert the cartridge firmly into the designated slots within the printer until it clicks securely into place, making sure the ribbon passes correctly between the print head and the guide. Close the printer cover and run a test print to verify proper alignment and operation.
