The Equip 11943x series Active Optical Cable (AOC) combines optical fibre and copper conductors to extend HDMI signals over long distances with no loss or latency. The hybrid design transmits high-speed TMDS video and audio signals through multimode optical fibres while low-frequency control and Ethernet signals travel over copper conductors. This model is 20 m long and supports HDMI 2.0 features including 4K/60Hz, HDR and HDCP2.2. The cable is single-directional (source → display) and uses gold-plated connectors in a zinc-alloy housing for reliable signal integrity.
