How to use
To use the Ergom TK cable tie, wrap the tie around the bundle of cables you wish to secure. Insert the tapered end into the locking head and pull it through until the desired tension is achieved. The internal teeth will lock into place, ensuring a firm grip. Once tightened, you may trim the excess length of the tie with a pair of side cutters for a neat finish.
What to consider before purchase
- Verify the required length for your specific cable bundle diameter
- Ensure the environment is suitable for non-UV stabilized materials
- Check if the width is appropriate for the weight of the cables being secured
Usage recommendations
For the best results, avoid overtightening the cable ties, as this can damage the insulation of the wires. Ensure the locking head is positioned away from sharp edges to maintain the integrity of the tie.
