How to use

Place the scale on a flat, hard surface and step onto the center of the platform barefoot or wearing thin socks for best contact. Allow the reading to stabilise on the LCD; use the unit selection button to choose kg, lb or st before measuring if required. After measuring, the scale will automatically switch off to save battery.
