The Esperanza ECB005 automatic blood pressure monitor is an arm-type device with an ultra-slim housing and a large LCD display that shows systolic, diastolic and pulse readings. It stores measurements with date and time, allowing monitoring of changes over time and supporting home use and telemedicine consultations.

How to use

Place the cuff on the upper arm following the printed guide so the cuff edge is about 2–3 cm above the elbow crease. Sit upright with the arm supported at heart level and press the single operation button to start measurement. The device will inflate the cuff automatically, display systolic/diastolic pressure and pulse on the LCD, and save the result with date and time. Remove the cuff after deflation.

Usage recommendations

For consistent measurements, take readings at the same time of day, avoid exercise, caffeine and smoking 30 minutes before measurement, and rest for 5 minutes while seated. Use the cuff size 22–32 cm provided and consult a healthcare professional for interpretation of results outside normal ranges.
