How to use

Assemble the grinder according to the accessory required (select the appropriate strainer and attach the cutter or relevant nozzle). Place chilled, trimmed meat cut into suitable pieces into the feed tray and use the food pusher to guide meat into the feed tube while the motor is running. Switch the unit on with the on/off control and process meat in batches to avoid overloading.
