How to use

Assemble the box manually following the printed instructions on the cardboard. Place documents, A4 folders or binder contents inside the box, ensuring the load does not exceed the capacity described. For long-term storage, label the box on the side or lid to aid retrieval. The box can be stored vertically on shelving or laid flat if horizontal stacking is required; choose orientation based on available shelf depth and access frequency.

Usage recommendations

Handle stacked boxes with care and avoid overloading shelves beyond the shelf manufacturer’s load rating. Keep stored boxes in a dry environment to preserve the corrugated board and maintain archive quality. For frequent access, store horizontally on lower shelves; for long-term archival storage, labelling and vertical shelving can save space.
