Esselte Numeric Tab Index 1-10 PP A4 Grey

The Esselte Numeric Tab Index 1-10 PP A4 Grey is a practical document divider designed to help you organize paperwork efficiently in standard ring binders and lever arch files. Made from durable polypropylene, this index features pre-printed numeric tabs from 1 to 10, allowing for structured categorization and quick access to your documents in offices, schools, and at home.

Advantages

This numeric tab index is manufactured from sturdy polypropylene, ensuring resistance to everyday wear and frequent page turning. The front sheet includes a reinforced punched strip for enhanced durability at the binding edge, along with a large space for writing custom section descriptions. The universal 11-hole punch strip makes it compatible with a wide variety of standard binders and folders, while the clearly printed tabs from 1 to 10 facilitate immediate document retrieval.

Suitable for

• Filing financial reports and monthly records by number
• Organizing school subjects and study materials
• Categorizing home administration documents and invoices
• Archiving office projects in standard A4 ring binders

When it may not be suitable

This numeric tab index may not be suitable if your filing system requires alphabetical sorting rather than numerical organization. It is designed specifically for A4 format documents and standard binders, so it will not fit smaller notebook sizes or non-standard filing systems without modification.

Key specifications

• Numeric tab index type with numbers 1 to 10
• Polypropylene material with 0.12 mm thickness
• A4 format with dimensions of 225 mm width and 297 mm height
• Grey colour scheme
• Universal 11-hole punched strip
• Reinforced front sheet punched strip with section description area

How to use

Insert the index into your A4 ring binder or lever arch file using the universal 11-hole punched strip. Utilize the large writing space on the front sheet to outline the contents of each numbered section. Place your categorized documents behind the corresponding numerical tabs from 1 to 10 to maintain an orderly and easily accessible filing system.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your binders are compatible with A4 format and standard multi-hole punching
• Determine whether a numerical 1 to 10 sorting system fits your specific document organization needs
• Check the thickness and material requirements for your intended filing frequency

Usage recommendations: Store your binders in a dry indoor environment away from direct sunlight to maintain the condition of the polypropylene material and ensure long-lasting document organization.
