Document divider ESSELTE Project A4 maxi 1–5 plastic
ESSELTE Project A4 maxi 1–5 plastic document divider is a single-sheet partition designed for A4 binders and folders. The divider features five numbered tabs (1–5) in maxi format to provide clear, sequential sectioning of documents. Made of durable plastic, it resists tearing and moisture better than paper dividers, ensuring reliable separation and repeated handling in office, school or home environments.
The plastic construction offers greater durability and water resistance compared with cardboard dividers, and the maxi tab format improves tab visibility when inserted in thick document stacks. Numbered tabs 1–5 enable fast, unambiguous referencing of sections without additional labeling. The single-sheet design is lightweight and flexible, making it easy to insert, remove and reposition inside A4 binders or ring folders.
Insert the ESSELTE Project A4 maxi 1–5 divider into an A4 binder by aligning the holes with the binder rings and closing the rings to secure it in place. Place document stacks behind each numbered tab according to the desired order (1 through 5) to create clear sections. For removal or repositioning, open the binder rings and slide the divider out, then close the rings. The flexible plastic allows smooth handling when flipping through pages and when extracting or inserting the divider multiple times.
To maximise longevity, avoid exposing the divider to prolonged direct sunlight or extreme heat. For neat organisation, pair the numbered divider with labelled sheet protectors or colour-coded folders. Clean the surface with a soft damp cloth if needed; do not use abrasive cleaners.
