Esselte Quality Pocket A5 Transparent Polypropylene Document Pocket 0.085 mm 100 Pack

The Esselte Quality Pocket A5 Transparent Polypropylene Document Pocket is an essential filing accessory designed to protect, store, and present your important papers. Manufactured from durable polypropylene containing 30 percent pre-consumer recycled plastic, these A5 punched pockets offer a reliable solution for organizing documents in professional, educational, or domestic environments. Each pocket features a thickness of 0.085 mm, providing a tear-resistant and strong structure suitable for daily handling while keeping your contents safe from moisture, dust, and dirt.

Advantages

These document pockets are crafted from copy-safe and acid-free material, ensuring that stored papers do not damage or lose print quality over long-term storage. The embossed, matt finish effectively prevents unsightly fingerprints and grease marks, maintaining a professional appearance. An open-top design allows quick and easy access to documents without requiring you to open the binder mechanism, while the multi-perforated reinforced strip guarantees compatibility with various ring binders and lever arch files.

Suitable for

• Storing and organizing A5 documents in office environments
• Filing school materials, notes, and homework assignments
• Archiving personal paperwork and receipts at home
• Presenting reports and project materials clearly

When it may not be suitable

This product may not be suitable if you require storage for document sizes larger than A5, such as standard A4 sheets. Additionally, it might not meet specific requirements for applications that demand heavy-duty sheet protectors exceeding the standard 0.085 mm thickness.

How to use

To use the Esselte Quality Pocket A5, simply place your A5 paper sheets through the open top into the pocket. You can insert multiple sheets depending on thickness, up to the capacity limit of the pocket. Once the documents are inside, align the multi-perforated strip with the rings or mechanism of your standard A5 or compatible ring binder or lever arch file and secure the pocket in place. The top-loading design allows you to add or remove documents easily while the pocket remains filed.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your filing system matches the multi-perforated margin of the pockets
• Check that your documents correspond to the A5 size format
• Consider the pack size of 100 pieces to ensure it meets your storage volume requirements

Usage recommendations: Store the pockets in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to maintain the quality of the polypropylene material. Avoid overloading individual pockets to prevent tearing of the top opening or the punched margin.
