Esselte Premium Pocket 56193 A4 Document Pocket Polypropylene Transparent Top and Left Opening 0.115 mm 100 Pack

The Esselte Premium Pocket A4 document pocket is designed for efficient organization, storage, and protection of paper documents in professional and educational environments. Manufactured from durable polypropylene with a thickness of 0.115 mm, these transparent pockets feature a convenient dual opening at the top and left side, allowing quick access to contents without the need to remove them from a binder. Each pocket includes an 11-hole multi-punched reinforced strip, ensuring compatibility with standard lever arch files and ring binders.

Advantages

Constructed from heavy-duty polypropylene, this document pocket provides reliable long-term protection against moisture, dust, and dirt while remaining 100% recyclable. The material is copy-safe and acid-free, preventing ink transfer and ensuring stored documents do not degrade over time. The embossed, matte finish effectively minimizes fingerprints and grease marks, maintaining a clean and professional appearance. With a generous pack size of 100 pieces, it offers an economical solution for large-scale filing needs.

Suitable for

• Archiving office reports, invoices, and financial records in ring binders
• Organizing study materials, assignments, and notes for school and university
• Protecting frequently referenced reference documents at home or in the workplace
• Storing unpunched papers securely using the top and left side openings

When it may not be suitable

This product may not be ideal for users requiring rigid document protection, as these flexible polypropylene pockets do not provide structural stiffness on their own. They are also less suitable for binding very thick document stacks that exceed standard binder capacity limits.

How to use

To use the Esselte document pocket, insert your A4 papers through the top or left opening. For organized archiving, place the punched strip of the pocket onto the rings or mechanisms of a standard lever arch file or binder. The dual-opening design allows you to add or retrieve papers easily while the pocket remains safely secured inside the file.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your existing binders and lever arch files are compatible with standard 11-hole punching.
• Confirm that the A4 paper size matches your filing requirements.
• Assess whether a 0.115 mm thickness meets your durability expectations for frequent handling.

Usage recommendations

For optimal document preservation, store filled pockets in a dry, temperature-controlled environment away from direct sunlight, and avoid overloading individual binders to prevent wear on the punched strips.
