Additionally, integrated spaces for subject labels on the drawer fronts allow for straightforward content organization and quick identification of documents or supplies.

Suitable for

• Storing standard documents and paperwork
• Organizing office supplies such as pens, markers, and rulers
• Desktop storage in home offices and professional workplaces

When it may not be suitable

This cabinet may not be suitable for storing heavy or oversized items that exceed the dimensions and weight capacity of lightweight plastic drawers. It is also not designed for high-security storage of confidential items as the drawers do not include a locking mechanism.

Key specifications

• Number of drawers: 4 drawers (2 small drawers and 2 large drawers)
• Material: Plastic
• Color: Black
• Weight: 210 g
• Dimensions: 254 x 350 x 61 mm

How to use

Place the drawer cabinet on a flat, stable desktop surface utilizing the non-slip rubber feet to prevent shifting. Insert subject labels into the dedicated spaces on the drawer fronts to categorize your items. Use the two smaller drawers for keeping small accessories like pens, markers, and rulers organized, and use the two larger drawers for storing papers, documents, and other utensils. Pull the drawers smoothly using the integrated knobs, relying on the built-in stops to keep the drawers securely in place.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify the physical dimensions to ensure the unit fits your available desktop space
• Assess your storage needs to confirm that four drawers are sufficient for your documents and supplies
• Check the weight capacity if you plan to store denser items

For optimal workspace organization, place the cabinet on a clear desktop surface and group similar items together within the labeled drawers for quick and efficient daily access.
