Label sheets Esselte 810811 for storage media / 30 x 158 mm, pack of 10
Esselte 810811 adhesive label sheets are designed for use with storage media and A4 ring binders. Each label measures 30 × 158 mm and the pack contains 10 sheets, providing a standard-sized option for spine and insert identification. The product supports both handwritten and printed text and is intended to simplify organisation and identification of discs, tapes, folders, binders and archival material in offices, archives or at home.
The 30 × 158 mm format matches common A4 binder spines and insert windows, ensuring a uniform look across filing systems. Self-adhesive backing enables fast application and secure adhesion to typical binder surfaces without additional materials. The writable and printable surface accepts ordinary office pens and standard printers, offering flexibility between handwritten notes and printed labels. Supplied as a pack of 10, the labels allow immediate labelling of multiple items or staged replacement as documents are reorganised.
Clean and dry the spine or insert area before application. Peel the backing from the self-adhesive label, align it with the spine or insert window, and press firmly from one edge to the other to secure adhesion and remove air pockets. For printed identification, either print directly on the label material if the printer supports it, or print on plain paper and place the printed strip into the binder’s label sleeve where applicable. Replace labels when contents change or when the adhesive or print becomes worn.
Apply labels at normal room temperature for best adhesion and avoid immediate heavy handling. Use permanent or archival-quality pens for long-term legibility and consider printing labels for consistent, machine-readable text across multiple binders.
