The ETA Gratus Storio food processor combines a 1,200 W motor with an all-metal construction and a 5 L stainless steel bowl to handle a wide range of kitchen tasks. How to use

Place the stainless steel bowl on the unit and attach the required tool (whisk, dough hook, grater or grinder). Use the rotary control on the top to set the desired speed and press the PAUSE button to stop processing temporarily. Adjust the FitForOne whisk height to match the quantity in the bowl for efficient whisking; fit the transparent cover when grating to reduce splatter. For meat grinding, assemble the grinder components and select the appropriate grinding plate or sausage attachment before switching on.

Usage recommendations

For best results, do not exceed the recommended dough weight for the 5 L bowl (about 2.5 kg). Use the stabiliser feature when processing heavy mixtures, and clean attachments promptly after use.
