How to use

Fill the kettle up to the internal watermark, up to a maximum of 1.5 litres. Use the touch buttons to set the desired temperature between 40 and 100 °C and monitor the current temperature on the LED display. The kettle will automatically switch off when the set temperature is reached. For manual opening, press the button on the lid. Place the kettle on the base using the STRIX centre connector for secure connection and heating.

Usage recommendations

For best results, descale the kettle regularly according to local water conditions, avoid overfilling beyond the maximum watermark, and do not operate the kettle when empty. Use lower temperatures for baby food and porridge and specific tea types (for example 70–80 °C for green tea) to preserve flavours.
