How to use

Mount the Evolveo ACS PIRT on a stable wall at the recommended height and ensure the sensor has an unobstructed field of view of the protected area. Pair the sensor with a compatible Alarmex or Sonix wireless alarm panel following the panel manufacturer’s enrollment procedure. Configure sensitivity, selectivity and delay settings on the alarm panel or sensor interface as required for the environment. Replace batteries when the low-battery indication is shown to maintain reliable operation.

Usage recommendations

For optimal detection, install the sensor so that moving subjects cross the detection zone rather than move directly toward the sensor. Avoid placing the device facing heat sources, air vents, or directly toward windows where sunlight may affect detection. Test the sensor after installation and after changing settings to confirm correct coverage and response with your Alarmex or Sonix system.
