Cutting/Grinding Caps EXO KAPTUREK ŚCIERNY 13 mm 80 grit, 10 pcs, WHITE
EXO KAPTUREK ŚCIERNY 13 mm abrasive grinding and cutting caps in white are designed for use with rotary tools and die grinders. With an 80 grit surface and a 13 mm working diameter, this pack of 10 caps provides consistent material removal and surface finishing for metal, wood and plastics. The caps are intended for tasks such as deburring, shaping, light grinding and blending, offering a compact abrasive solution for repair, metalworking and general DIY applications.
These 13 mm abrasive caps combine a medium-coarse 80 grit for effective stock removal with a shape that fits narrow or curved areas. The small diameter and uniform grit produce predictable results on edges and small surfaces while fitting most common rotary tool mandrels. Supplied in a pack of 10, the caps simplify setup and replacement during repetitive tasks and reduce downtime compared with single-use alternatives.
Fit the abrasive cap onto a compatible mandrel and secure it in the rotary tool according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Start at low speed to align the cap and check concentricity, then increase speed to the recommended operating range for the material and tool. Apply light, even pressure and move the cap across the workpiece to remove burrs, shape edges or blend surfaces. Avoid excessive force or side loading to prevent uneven wear or damage to the cap and mandrel.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment including eye protection, dust mask and gloves. Use coolant or adequate dust extraction when working on materials that generate fine dust or heat. Replace caps when the abrasive surface is worn or when performance decreases to maintain consistent results.
