Grinding Wheel EXO EXO FREZ Z PIASKOWCA PŁOMIEŃ 3.5 mm (MPN 141070)
EXO FREZ Z PIASKOWCA PŁOMIEŃ 3.5 mm is a flame-shaped rotary burr designed by EXO for shaping, deburring and fine profiling of sandstone and similar soft mineral materials. The 3.5 mm head diameter and pointed flame geometry allow precise work on contours and edges, while the tool is intended for use with standard rotary tools and die grinders for masonry detailing and surface finishing.
The flame-shaped cutter provides controlled material removal and access to narrow grooves and recessed areas. Its geometry yields smooth profiling results and reduced risk of chipping on soft mineral surfaces. The small 3.5 mm working tip enables detailed work and accurate edge refinement. The rotary burr is compatible with common rotary tools and die grinders, offering stable performance for finishing tasks on sandstone.
Secure the rotary burr in the collet of a compatible rotary tool or die grinder, ensuring correct seating and clamping. Start work at low to moderate speed to evaluate material removal and avoid overheating or aggressive cutting on soft mineral surfaces. Use light pressure and make several shallow passes for controlled shaping and deburring. Keep the tool moving along the contour to prevent gouging and periodically clear dust from the work area to maintain visibility and cutting efficiency.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye protection, dust mask or respirator, and hearing protection. Use dust extraction or local ventilation when working with mineral materials to reduce airborne dust. Match tool speed and feed to the hardness of the material; for very soft or friable sections use lower speeds and gentler pressure. Inspect the burr regularly for wear and replace if the cutting performance decreases or the geometry is damaged.
