Double-sided foam tape Expert+ 19 mm x 5 m, white, MN-05-250
Double-sided foam tape Expert+ 19 mm x 5 m in white is a compact mounting solution designed for indoor use. The foam carrier provides cushioning, fills small gaps and accommodates minor surface irregularities, while pressure-sensitive adhesive on both sides ensures secure bonding of lightweight materials, trims and panels. The narrow 19 mm width and 5 m roll length make this tape suitable for precise applications such as fixing mirrors, attaching decorative mouldings, installing signs and performing temporary repairs where a low-profile, double-sided adhesive is required.
The foam construction delivers shock absorption and gap-filling properties that help maintain contact on uneven surfaces. Adhesive on both faces provides instant tack and simplifies mounting without mechanical fasteners. The white colour offers a discreet appearance behind light-coloured materials. Its 19 mm width allows for controlled placement in narrow joints and along edges, while the 5 m length supplies multiple application points from a single roll.
Ensure both surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease or loose particles before application. Measure and cut the required length using scissors or a utility knife. Peel off one side of the release liner and press the tape onto the first surface, applying even pressure for full contact. Remove the remaining liner and press the second surface firmly against the tape, holding for several seconds to improve initial adhesion. Allow the bond to stabilise before subjecting it to load; avoid heavy loads beyond the tape’s intended use.
Best results are achieved on clean, smooth substrates such as painted wood, glass, metal and rigid plastics. Avoid use on rough, powdery, highly textured or wet surfaces. For permanent structural bonding or heavy loads, combine with mechanical fixings or use a product specifically rated for higher weight-bearing capacity.
