Concrete Drill Bit Expert+ SDS+ 8 x 300 x 360 mm 4C, single piece
Expert+ Concrete Drill Bit SDS+ 8 x 300 x 360 mm 4C is a single-piece masonry bit designed for percussion rotary drills with SDS+ chucks. With an 8 mm diameter, 300 mm working length and 360 mm total length, the bit is engineered for drilling through concrete, brick and other common masonry materials. The 4-cut (4C) head geometry promotes efficient removal of dust and debris while maintaining stable contact with the drilled surface for consistent hole dimensions.
The single-piece steel construction provides impact resistance and improved straightness during deep drilling. The 4C head shape reduces clogging and accelerates chip evacuation, which helps maintain drilling speed and reduces heating. Compatibility with SDS+ holders ensures quick, secure fitting and reliable power transfer from percussion rotary drills. The combination of a long working length and compact diameter enables access to deeper anchor points and through-holes in confined spaces.
Fit the bit securely into an SDS+ chuck according to the drill manufacturer's instructions. Select the percussion rotary mode on the drill for concrete and masonry; use rotary-only mode only for delicate materials or final finishing. Start drilling at low speed to establish a guide point, then increase to the recommended operating speed for your drill while applying steady forward pressure. Withdraw the bit periodically to clear accumulated dust and prevent overheating. After drilling, clean the hole of debris before inserting anchors or fixtures.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment including safety glasses, dust mask and hearing protection when drilling. Match drill speed and feed pressure to material hardness: higher feed for softer masonry, moderate feed for concrete. For reinforced concrete, use controlled pressure and withdraw regularly to clear chips. Store the bit in a dry place to avoid corrosion and inspect the cutting head for wear before each use; replace when rounding or chipping reduces performance.
